All you need to do is record your online meetings or in-person meetings then send it to us via Wetransfer, with a copy of your meeting agenda and attendance list including apologies.
*IMPORTANT: Please keep your meetings controlled by ensuring only one person speaks at a time. For in-person meetings, ensure that each person speaking is close enough to the recording device.
We practice handling all our clients' information with confidentiality. All meeting recordings are deleted after the meeting minutes have been delivered and approved by clients.
Please be available to provide clarifications if needed for the completion of the minutes. Eg. To confirm the name of a speaker.
